Who are we

ACE Biznez Services is  a  training provider registered with HRD Corp, Malaysia, which serves clients from various  industries and across borders, globally.  We work with organizations to train and  develop their human capital for increased efficiency – be it personal development, skills development, upskilling or reskilling. Our core services include training on core skills for all levels of employees, international certification courses and  teambuilding.  We also actively participate in government initiatives to meet the training demands in Malaysia.  Organizational development and  consultancy is also another area that we consult on, some of it being facilitating strategic workshops and management retreats, training needs analysis. Train The Trainer Training

Good morning Dr Maria, this is Hafiz from BIACC Brunei. I was asked to change my training from security to health and safety management system for subcon. I was panicking at that time because the management asked me to train starting 3rd Sept 2019 with 50 participants which included servicemen, cleaner, security, and it left me only few weeks of preparation at that time but I remembered three words from you that helped me 1)clear on your objectives 2)what behaviour you want to change 3)the impact you want to create… for spices I decided to use 1)role play 2)technology of participation 3)prizes 4)activity I called hazard spotting. Using these methods that you taught us,  I was able to complete my training within 2 hours,  so I was able to train 1 batch of 8 participants for half a day and my participants could remember almost every topic once I asked them at the end of the training! I was so amazed! Now I have already trained 8 batches. Thanks Dr Maria your training really did change all of us here☺ .”
